Liked them overall but the color was wrong for me. The upper part of the shoe including the tassel are in aver dark navy that is closer to black. The leather trim is a regular navy. I wanted regular navy overall, so I returned them. Too bad.

I have a high instep and wasn't even able to get the shoes on my feet. They looked great. The elastic part near the waist area, where a tongue would be on a tie-on shoe did not have much give.

Love this brand for their style and comfort. Shoes are just perfect for my slightly narrow foot so there is no slip when a walk.

I have bad feet. Have had surgeries on both and they still hurt to a degree. I finally found a pair of shoes that are a little dressy but casual and are comfortable.

Cute and comfortable. I didn't realize looking at the picture how prominent the gold metal band running around the shoe would be. When I received them and noticed the metal band, it went back to the pictures to see if it was really there. It is, but it is more noticeable in person. Further the suede had bare spots and looked worn even though it wasn't. Returned.

I ordered a half size down as per the recommendation on the webpage. Definitely too small and I should have ordered my regular size!! Nice looking shoes though.

Poor back construction. The top of the back rolls in and rubs against the back of your heel. Looks and feels like a sloppy constructed shoe.

I have purchased many FLEXX shoes and was disappointed these were not the same fit. I have narrow feet and this style was too wide.

Extremely narrow in width and narrow instep. For a company with the name FLEXX, these shoes are anything but flexible.

I have these shoes in silver and I love, love them. So comfy and soft. This pair in black was so stiff I struggled to get my foot in it. Also seemed to be made for someone with a flat foot which I do not have. So disappointed.

These shoes rubbed in a weird way that was uncomfortable. The leather was soft, and the sole was cushiony, but the rubbing didn't feel like something that could be broken in. Since breaking my 5th metatarsal and having surgery/screws, my foot is picky. It might be fine for someone whose feet were "normal." I like this brand and have several of their styles (that are comfy even post-surgery), but this one didn't work.

Love the style but its very narrow! Im planning to keep them and hope they stretch enough to be comfortable.

These sandals look very cute but unfortunately I could not wear them because of my mistake. When I looked at the picture of the pair in black, I assumed they had Velcro strap closures, and unfortunately they just had two wide elastic bands which did not hold my narrow foot in place when I tried walking in them. Oh, I cannot say enough good things about Zappos, which has the most unbelievably fantastic customer service in the world!

Horrible sewing on the underside that scratches the top of one's foot. UGH! Don't bother. This pair went back.

These are lovely on the foot, and out of the five pairs of cute black casual sandals I ordered it's the ONLY one that is comfortable, without any weird sewing that rubs on the foot or a weird plastic sole that makes my foot sweat and feel awful. HOWEVER, there is a slight feeling of slippage in the back elasticized heel sling; it isn't quite slipping off the heel, and I think it is a miniscule amount of slipping. I am hoping and praying it holds, but it's the reason I am deducting one star--it's a 7.5 and a 7 would be too small. Otherwise, cute, comfortable!

So disappointed! I love this shoe! It’s so pretty on the foot and just like most Flexx shoes it hugs your foot so you always feel secure when walking. Now for the disappointment. The shoe is built high so it goes around your ankle and has elastic on both sides; the elastic is very tight and unforgiving. Since there is no way to adjust the shoe it is very extremely uncomfortable. I debated about keeping them but decided they would be rather miserable to wear for any length of time.

I have all four colors in this sandal and love them. Even tho they have no "official" arch support (I wear lots of Naot sandals precisely for the arch support . . . ) these are still very comfortable for my high arch feet. There is great padding in them, plus the rubbery flexible sole -- I feel almost bouncy in them. I love the wide toe strap and the very soft and high quality leather everywhere. I love the elastic strap; and I wear a half size smaller than usual ??? So I think they run a bit large. I'm almost always a 9.5 (or a 41 in Naots) and in these, the 9 fits better. I do have low volume bony feet that are medium at best, so maybe that's why, but these are extremely comfy on me. They look elegantly simple too! Or simply elegant. :)

I have another pair of a different color….at initial wearing the shoes did felt snug in the width. But eased up with wearing a few times.Very attractive and versital!

The fit & size are perfect for my slightly narrow feet. Soft on feet with a comfortable cushion sole. Bought in 2 colors since I liked them so much.
